Cornerstone has partnered with an investor to create a group of small footprint foundation homes in the City of Oviedo, Florida. We designed and built nine houses in this community a few years ago – and now there are more lots available! Cornerstone is very supportive of initiatives like this that provide high quality, affordable home ownership.
